Shipping Update (Canada → USA)

Our shipping operations are running smoothly, with shipments crossing the US border without issues. Duties and taxes are included in the shipping fee — no unexpected charges upon delivery.

Will I pay import duties when shipping to the USA?

No. Orders sent from Canada to the United States are duty-free as long as the total value is below US $800.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please visit our Track Your Package page.

I placed my order — what happens now?

A summary of your purchase will be sent to the email address you provided. Your order will take 1–2 business days to process before it ships.

How long will it take for my order to process?

Your order will process and ship within 1–2 business days.

The item I want is out of stock — can I backorder it?

No, we do not offer backordering. Please check back soon as products are restocked frequently.

What if I need to make changes to my order?

All orders are processed as confirmed. If you need to make any changes after placing your order, please email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet been shipped
